It’s a busy week next week with two speaking engagements – would love to see you if you can make it.
On Tuesday 2 September, I’ll be joining superannuation guru Monica Rule for the seminar she is giving in Brisbane. You couldn’t find a better educator. Monica was a senior staff member of the tax office, until I convinced her to go into business for herself so she could share her knowledge with a wider audience.
It is an all day seminar focusing on the common errors made by self managed super fund trustees. Can you believe that over a third of the emails I receive every day are from people trying to run their own fund, and who are asking the most basic questions.

On Thursday 4 September, I’ll be the keynote speaker at a breakfast organised by the Business Enterprise Centre, Ipswich Region. I’ll be talking about the 35 years I’ve been in business, and passing on some key messages about the things I have learned on the journey.
The venue is the Ipswich Civic Centre in the heart of Ipswich CBD – tickets are $65 per person or $550 per table of 10.
